Development engineer at Risø DTU, the National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy. Head of the Danish ESS simulation group at Risø DTU. Technical director and author of the McStas project since 2002. Co-responsible of the related McXtrace code for X-ray simulation.
Responsible of targeted McStas system development for the ESS, instrument simulation (mainly single crystal- and protein crystallography).
Also involved in an ESS-related project in collaboration with the DTU Center for Nuclear Technologies about combined MCNPX-McStas calculation for moderator-near neutronic performance.
